Prices mentioned against each item are the final cost to the buyer – There are no hidden costs.
Prices quoted in Rupees are valid for delivery within India only. For delivery required outside India, kindly contact us by clicking here.
Shipping for all orders above Rs. 500 will be through Delivery. Orders below Rs. 500 will be shipped by India Post by default.
Delivery to Remote Locations not serviced by the FedEx will be shipped through India Post, irrespective of the order value, at the sole discreption of Chandra
A book may attract a shipping and handling charge which will be mentioned below the price in the book details page.
Depending upon serviceability of your pin code, all orders will be shipped by courier service. We prefer to ship by Delivery, Blue Dart, ExpressB.
All CDs will be shipped by Delivery, to PIN codes within the Delivery network. Shipping and Handling cost is Rs. 55 per CD.
You can pay by cash on delivery in all Indian cities and towns, for an additional cost of Rs. 50 per order.
Cash on Delivery is presently not available for orders for books.
After the dispatch of the shipment, the customer shall be communicated by email, a package tracking number and a link to track the package. This number normally becomes operational within 24 hours of dispatch. After the number has become operational and has been provided to the buyer, the article shall be deemed to be delivered to the buyer.

The normal period for delivery to is between 2 to 5 business days. However, Chandra does not guarantee any time limit of delivery. In odd instances, a consignment may be delayed due to extraneous circumstances.
Delivery of orders shipped through India Post is expected within 10 to 15 days.
Exceptions to the above may be noted in the following cases :
Framed Paintings : Framing requires 3 to 5 bussiness days, after which it will be shipped by Chandra, as per our regular Policy, as stated above. All Framed articles will be sent duly insured, at no extra cost to the buyer.
Saris and Custom Tailored Garments: Blouse/Petticoat set for the saris, tailored to custom measurements, will require an extra 2 to 4 days for shipment.
